Highly Flexible SPC Out-of-Control Rules

SPC out-of-control rule groups are divided into three levels: system, user, and test item. Each SPC out-of-control rule group can select several from 11 out-of-control rules, and the same rule can be repeatedly selected with different parameters.

Similar to the SPC dashboard function, users can configure the control charts of their concerned test items on the homepage. The top navigation bar of the system also provides mini SPC control charts (not configurable, the default is the latest 5 mini SPC control charts of the updated test items).

The SPC system reserves 10 custom fields for test data. You can define these fields according to the image below, or customize the fields required for the data entry interface.

On the detailed SPC analysis report page, you can filter data at the top of the page to generate the SPC analysis report.

This enables SPC analysis for the same test item of the same product across different suppliers, manufacturers, and production lines.

These fields can also be selectively displayed on the data entry interface.

Multilingual Support

SimpleSPC supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Thai. It allows for system-level language configuration as well as user-selected language preferences.

Intranet Deployment, Secure and Controllable

Our SPC product is deployed on the company's intranet web service (not SaaS), so all programs and data are within the company's servers, ensuring security and control.
