Our SimpleSPC software supports the following functions:
For test data with subgroups, we support subgroup sizes ranging from 2 to 10, with SPC theory recommending a subgroup size of 5.
In general, one set of our product is sufficient for all employees in a company, with no limit on the number of users and a one-time lifetime license with no additional fees. If there are a large number of concurrent users, you may need to consider upgrading the server or purchasing an additional set and deploying it on another server (multi-server licensing) to distribute concurrent user access across two SPC calculation servers. If your company has multiple factories, we recommend one set per factory.
Our product is a web application service deployed on your company's intranet server. It provides web services, so users can simply access it through a web browser without needing to install any client software. Whether you use Windows, Linux, iMac, or a mobile operating system, you can use our SPC product.
Installation on personal office computers is not recommended, as they are prone to malfunction due to constant use. If you are the sole user within your company, we recommend deploying the software on a cloud server purchased by your company.
Our SPC system controls permissions by configuring users' menu access rights. As long as a user has access to a certain menu, they have all permissions for that menu page. We do not have permission control over test item categories.
Our SPC software is not a SaaS service, but rather deployed on your company's intranet server. All programs and databases are within your company's intranet. The online trial SPC system we provide is deployed on the internet for customers to experience, and it's not for creating accounts and using it after purchase.
We provide a network API interface to receive test data. If your data is in other business systems, you can synchronize the data by calling our data synchronization interface through those systems. If you need to synchronize data directly from the test equipment to our SPC system, your equipment needs to be able to access the network and call our interface. If your equipment has an interface like RS485, you can use a serial port server (such as MQTT, TCP-server, etc.) to collect data into the SPC system. If none of these options are feasible, then manual entry or Excel import are the only remaining options.
We support sending alerts for different test items to different email addresses, and we provide an alert API interface. You can obtain alert information through this interface and configure the development of sending SMS messages or notifications to your company's app.
